direct3d wrapper
I give credit where its due...this one is not mine...nor will you get mine heh..its a good ol template to learn from tho (it lacks in the commenting department BAD) and Im sure you will learn a lot if you go through it and comment it yourself...yes this means looking up other sources but trust me you will learn a great deal.
This was coded by the good ol genius FARENHEIT for a project at school (I believe he was learning inheritance heh) anyway download and learn

first of all the sdk isnt going to do him any good if he cant even open the prj files lol. There is no short cut here to learn how to do this stuff. Yes he said it was done in visual which is short for Microsoft Visual C++ or if ur like me you have the whole studio. Now if you have visual studio installed if you double click the prj file it wil 99% of the time launch Visual C++ and that is where you do your work. Now if you have no idea what your reading when your looking at the source code that means you need to go down to the bookstore and go pick up learn visual C++ in 24 hours. This was my first book on C++ and I liked it cause you get right into the language I have 3 other C++ books as well and 3 VB books 2 pascal books(which I believe pascal rox C++) but anyway this is the stuff you need to get into. Like I said there isnt a short cut you need to understand what your doing if you apply yourself 3-4 months down the road you will prob be ready for the SDK after you have done some stuff to build up to that point. Im not even going to get into learning asm but its a freakin good idea to do that as well.
