change settings in the *.ini
start any hl1 mod (cstrike / dod / ...)
start aimbot.exe
wait for console msg
connect to a server
(you can connect to a server first)
press del to open the menu
use the arrow keys for navigation

The hack was tested several times by different persons. So if it does not work for you, in all probability you do something wrong.

to get the esp to work in dod i had to turn off the mini map. but this hack is compatable with SSW http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=221815
