change settings in the *.ini
start any hl1 mod (cstrike / dod / ...)
start aimbot.exe
wait for console msg
connect to a server
(you can connect to a server first)
press del to open the menu
use the arrow keys for navigation

You don't have to change anyhting if you don't want to or simply don't know how/to what.

to get the esp to work in dod i had to turn off the mini map. but this hack is compatable with SSW http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=221815
