L2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close -- I need Help!

i'm using l2walker IG 1.99, I know how to use it, it is working previously on me, but after I format my PC (thinking to make it faster) the l2walker IG 1.99 doesn't work anymore.

Please help me.

I'm thinking of solution to copy some system folder of lineage from somebody who's BOT program is working, and replace into my system folder. But still I don't know if this will work, and my problem where could I find a botter around our area (Marikina, Philippines). I'm playing at SEA Server.

I need help!!

the error is:

L2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

once i click the other ctrls in l2walker.
