Silent aim is client side so everyone else watching will see you aim

I know, but with aimbot normal soon you are detected whereas with silent aim you are not, is more difficult to discover if you are to use cheats or not, but clearly you have two players: one your front and another one behind you " enemy " bushes and nor you see. whereas the normal one if capsizes stops backwards.

If players report it at P7 forum they get banned from the forum.

so i'd say: stay away from this one

turn your virus protection off or allow proofens.exe to run becaus it think it as a viruss but its not.
it just inject to another program such as css.

80% of them are packer results / heuristics, the rest are false positives.
