http://dktech.cz/l2 - europe server on 100mb/s czech back bone, 500 players @ peak time, no scams/hacks/ rate 4x (adena+sp 5x), C1C2rised skills + some C2 skills, luxury shop now not only in Giran but Aden too. Some uniq items what can't be bought/dropped in C1 is in luxury /cloaks, undergarment sets/ Officiall_C2 C/B crystal converter, Castle Sieges..etc
original server software, quests working.. all in english.
But as I said.. im watching this forum for long time.. and using bot/hacks = delete acc & ban IP ;]

Traceroute to server - (u can't trace to end, because firewall) but u can trace/ping this IP 212.80.64.206 and tell us how good is for u :-)
We have many players from Usa/Germany/Poland/Holland. everybody ping max 80-120ms
