Problem playing L2 on local

I did the setup correctly according to the stickied thread for the private server setup guide.

My problem is when I go to create a new character, or make one (because I havent made one yet) it kicks me to windows. In the DOS window it reads as....

It seems to me from whats mentioned above is that it can;t find the files its looking for. When I typed up the directories to where Lineage2 was, I typed in CGames\LineageII because thats the folder I put my stuff in.

I used the current L2J Tools and L2J Server files from sourceforge, since the direct link did not work I had to google for them. Also I ended up putting both L2J zip files of server and tools into one folder because from the setup guide it seemed that I needed these tools in the same folder to work.

Any help please?

scratch what i just said, i got it to work and one more thing, when i go to play, monsters dont spawn? and the developer commands dont work?

Its good if you post your answer on how to fix your problem which would be you used the wrong directory. CGames\LineageII You put an s in it and theres not supose to be an s. Just to clear that up.

Im not sure why monsters dont spawn but I know the developer(admin) controls should work. They do for me.

Yes. If you left the default directory of the Lineage II install, it should be CGame\LineageII and not CGames\Lineage II. Also, If the direct links didn't work, and you had to google for the downloads, why didn't you click the L2J Private Server link at the top of the guide? Should take you to thier homepage. Not to mension at the bottom of the guide in my signature I have a link to L2J also. And like I said in the guide, you didn't HAVE to put the files in the same folder because it was only for organization purposes.

Lastly, thanks for telling me about the broken links. ^_^

oh sorry, the zip files came with basically all the files and no organization so all the skill tree files and html files i put in data and it worked out fine.

Im having a problem too, when i try to conver the files for the korean version, it tells me 0 files are converted for each thing and i end up not being able to create a character and stuff...
