Multiple Private Server Problems.

When i run the convert.bat or whatever it is, and i type in the directory C

Game\LineageII and everything is fully updated, it says 0 files were converted for every line. But i put up the server anyway, it said like 500 files were missing, but it continued to go up. Then when i tryed to connect to it and make a character through my NA L2 client, it didnt work. Rather, i could connect to the server and make a character, but once i decided a name and class and everything and tryed to create the char, my NA L2 just closes but the server stays up. Then when i reconnect, the character i supposedly made is gone. Whats the problem? i figured the problem is that its converting 0 files, but i typed in the path correctly and everything.
