i cannot open ms

after i patching thn i open ms
but....after i few sec a microsoft visual C++ runtime library pop out
n said this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the application's support team for more information.
wat is this all about????
can anyone help me PLSPLSPLS~~~~
