Need Help With Hunters Guide

ok, i got a hunter lvl 31 and i was checking out the skillz and i cant make up my mind. Can anyone give me a good combo of skillz? Does anyone how many monsters you can knockback using Power KnockBack? Does Soul arrow do more dmg as it gets higher lvl?
