It's a reference to the movie the Karate Kid. Young and impatient Daniel-san gets irate when Mr. Miyagi forces him to paint fences and wax cars in a very specific way when Daniel-san wants to to be learning Karate. Little does Daniel-san know, the techniques he's using when he paints, etc, form the basis of key karate moves.

I've only been gamehacking for a year, but I find that without fail, the best hackers know Assembly, and the rest just beg for scraps and public releases.

Learn assembly, Matrix10657-san. Then paint the fence.
